Terms of Service

 

Due to the nature of my work, clients must be 18 years old or older to do business with me.

All quoted prices are in USD and are required upfront before I can begin any work.

Edits & modifications are done in the sketch phase only.

I have the right to deny service for whatever reason and I can choose not disclose the reason.

Your rights to the finished work include:

• using it as a profile pic, page banner, etc on social media
• reposting it to your social media (you must credit the artist in the same post, not as a reply)
• printing it for your own personal use (on a mug, as a poster for your room, etc)

You may not:

• resell the artwork in any form (digital download, adoptable, NFT, print, etc)
• repost the artwork without credit
• claim that you drew the artwork (both online and offline)
• trace over the artwork for public sharing (you are allowed to trace in private as drawing practice)
• modify and repost the artwork (this includes erasing my signature)
• use the artwork for commercial promotion (in an ad, as a movie poster, etc)
• feed it to machine learning/generative AI software

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Why do fanart/non-OCs cost more?

Because I’d much rather draw OCs, tbh. But I won’t say no to drawing your favorite anime character… for a price. I generally charge more for things outside my comfort zone.

Why no characters under 21 years of age?

Similar to the age requirement for clients, all subjects must be adults. I set the age at 21 both age & appearance-wise because it’s in a less dodgy area than 18. I don’t want to be fooled into drawing or be associated with anything that could get me in serious trouble with the law. If you know, you know.

What is your typical turnaround?

Depending on how many are in the queue ahead of your commission, it may take a week to a month or so. You may view my current queue on Trello. Despite the long wait, you will receive the sketch fairly quickly so that you can approve it before I move on to the next phase.

Do you offer commissions for commercial use?

I do! Those projects are priced at my professional rate, so please email me for details.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not really, but we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis. You won’t receive the artwork until the final payment is made, however.

Can I get a bulk discount if I commission multiple pieces?

No.
